If you’d like it to hurt …


As some of you know and others will find out … I love working out and have become an avid proponent of kettlebells and Bulgarian bag

I believe both provide excellent functional strength and endurance workouts, which are great for fitness or sport specific conditioning.

I have put together few videos with sample workouts. The beauty of kettlebells and Bulgarian bag is in the versatility and diversity of the workouts and routines that can be performed. Exercises can be mixed and matched based on your interests and level of boredom from the previous routine (which I reach very quickly)
