My education is in Philosophy and History.  I love dogs. I have a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and currently train at Marcelo Garcia’s academy in NYC. I love to read and believe that Roman’s were correct when they taught their kids “Mens sana in corpore sano” (A sound mind in a sound body).

The objective of this blog is to discuss things that interest me, such as books, dogs, jiu jitsu, fitness, travel and healthy lifestyle.
